Propeller balancing intake

Authorized scope

I authorize Hauch Aero, LLC to perform dynamic propeller balancing and the ground engine runs reasonably necessary to perform that service on the aircraft identified above.

• The standard service is a $500 flat rate and ordinarily involves approximately two hours of labor.
• Any troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, parts, or labor outside the standard balancing service will stop until I provide separate approval.
• Balancing reduces vibration attributable to rotating imbalance but may not correct vibration caused by mechanical defects, installation conditions, or other aircraft systems.
• I represent that I am authorized to approve this work and have disclosed known propeller strikes, sudden stoppages, damage, and relevant maintenance history.
• Submission of this form is a service request. An appointment is confirmed only after Hauch Aero accepts the request and coordinates scheduling.
